If a customer orders a picture without a frame, it will be delivered in a rolled thick paper that can protect against dust. And the customers who have opted for paintings with frames are covered securely, adjusted, and placed in a box that locks the frame in one place.

What is the estimated arrival of my art piece?

We generally process your order within 24 to 48 hours of placing it. In case if a customer places any framed order, the framing will take 4 to 5 business days. After the framing, it will take another 4 business days to deliver your order.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order through our website and the registered email address you have used to order the art. After shipping the order we will send you a confirmation email which will include a tracking number. 

What will be the shipping cost?

The cost of shipping will vary according to the size of the art that was ordered. The accurate shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page. Also, if you want your artwork faster, you can check for overnight shipping costs.

Is my order insured?

Rookings.com guarantees full satisfaction with the artwork. In case you are not satisfied with the product, Rookings.com can refund or make a replacement order. In extreme cases, if the product is lost or damaged, kindly contact our customer support.

What would happen if only a part of the order is available for immediate shipment?

We usually combine similar items in one shipment which is subject to the processing time of all items. In case of any unexpected delay, you can make a special request for that specific item and if it is available it will be shipped separately. In case of any doubts, please contact our customer support team.

Would I be able to place my order over the phone?

No, All orders must be placed online. In case you have any questions about how you can place your order online, contact our customer support team and they can assist you with any query.
