Refund policy
We can guarantee that the products we offer have certain quality standards and give you 100% satisfaction.
However, in case you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you may return it within 20 days of the receipt. Upon receiving the product in our warehouse, its condition will be checked and if the condition of the product passes our quality standard, your refund will be initiated within the next 5 to 7 business days or separate replacement order will be placed against the request. Keep in mind, that the shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your order arrived in a less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option. Simply take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping containers it arrived in, attach them to an email, and send it to support@rookings.com.
Please include all the details in the body of the email
- Your order number,
- The shipping ID or item number,
- A brief description of the reason for the return,
- And let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.
To return your item please pack them in the original box or tube and include the completed papers which you will find on the back of the Packing List included with your order. Be sure to mention the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take: replacement or refund.
We strongly encourage you to return the received item via a trackable method which will be helpful on our end.
